Hard to see without removing the ducts but Posted by couch tour [Email] ![]() ![]() In Reply to: Re: It connects under the AC intake, under the dash, Bill Driver, Tue, 15 Aug 2006 12:56:17 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Pull the carpet back just a bit under the passenger side of the dash. You'll see a large black plastic piece with a larger hose coming out of the bottom. That piece is the bottom of the AC intake and the hose is the drain hose. Reach just above that piece and you'll feel the other of the two vacuum hoses that go through the bulkhead (the other one is the one hanging down). You may need to remove the screws on the heater duct and bend it down a bit so you can see what your doing. Your hanging vacuum hose connects right next to the other vacuum hose. It's a bit of trial and error to get the hose pushed back into the bulkhead fitting because the space is so tight and you can't see anything once you stick your hand in there with the hose.
Just to confirm where your connecting, you can look under the fresh air intake under the hood to see where the lines under the hood connect to the other side of the bulkhead fittings.
