Uhhhhhh..... The reservoirs are one and the same. The clutch reservoir will slowly equalize with the rest. Get it all anyway.
That sediment's normal; it may be a sign of degrading brake lines or a dying master cylinder or just the normal junk in the clutch line.
You may notice the clutch line fluid is going to be a lot darker with less circulation and the U-shape, it tends to trap grit and moisture in the lines.
