depending on how bad the bushing is and old the shock absorbers
can rub the outer cv joint boot,
with a bent shock absorber and bad alignment the inside of the road wheel can rub the coil spring, and the only way to get the absorber bent is with a rotted out bushing, bad alignment will show in road wheel ware or very bad gaspillage, can tell by the new fresh black ring on inside of road wheel and a fresh road rash on coil (paint rubbed off)
may be the sound of the absorber jiggling on the rotted out bushing (but not likely) however this is the only way the bushing could be related,
sounds more like someone is in need of front brakes, i could be wrong but if the sound is gone when the brakes are applied it may be only brake related,
may it be the back of the pad rattling against the caliper, worn out pads, loose dust shield rattling against the rotor at high speeds.
i wouldn't think it would be a wheel bearing just because the sound of a bad wheel bearing is a low humming sound.
