OK I did a search and saw what might be the issue, and it sounds like it might be difficult for those of us without any mechanical savvy. I'll have to see about either having a mechanic take a look at it or getting the Bentley(sp?) book and see about taking a shot at it myself. But for now, would using the reverse knob be acceptable in the short term or would that be damaging something I shouldn't?
