Last I looked, the studs were in the hubs, the locating pin was screwed into the rotor. Rotor held onto hub by 2 screws, 1 has a locating pin. The biggest problem with cheap mail order rotors is that you can get name brand rotors from the sponsors for a little bit more. For example, if you can get a Brembo for $25, or a cheapo for $20, it's not worth the difference in value. The cheapo's cost the distributor about $7 each.
