ill have to definitely look at the relay
heres something new i just found out about the problem, if the blinker is held to blink not pushed all the way to lock the blinker down or up the radio will keep playing, once the blinker is pressed all the way down or up thats when the radio turns off.
now whats stranger is after about 2 min. of sitting there with the blinker on the radio will come back on, (2min, may or may not be relevant)
this only happend 2 twice within the amount of time.

as for the blower motor that is just as mine with it badly functioning but still working when it wants to, when i was working on it i had it running and started to sporadically lightly tug on some wires seeing if the motor would shut off or speed up or slow down, ended up iscolating it down to the plastic housing plug on the motor, when pressure is applied in a upward force to the bottom of the plastic the motor runs fine, when the pressure is applied to the top of the plastic the motor slows down, and with it slowed down if the fan switch is turned off and back on again the blower motor will not restart, if pressure is applied up on the plastic it will work good as new even with the switch.

so on fixing this, on the backside of the motor, or the part you see through the speaker hole you will see a metal clip folded over to keep the motor together, i bent the clip up and zip tied around under the plastic housing and up around the bent up metal clip and zipped tied tight.
nice working blower motor,
perhaps i tugged little harder than i thought i had and done some damage to the radio, but for the blinker to play a part well is out-there
suxs to cuz my radio cage pullers are 1100 miles away from me or id be in there.
i`ll recheck the the blinker relay the two grounds (radiator, kick plate) and what i can see in the speaker hole and do a little bit more tugging.
