I do have some idle issues, when declutching into neutral at say 60 mi/h and slowing down (eg stop sign ahead) I get a drop to maybe 500 revs which bounces to 1 500 then down again. Idle when cold is very bad, with AMM disconnected idles okay, with new AMM idles bad again.
I'm having a turbo-esque "whining" if I raise and lower engine speed, seems to come from valve cover area, it does seem as though the pressure is dropping occasionally. Light only comes on at certain times, sometimes off sometimes on, wire in good shape. Oil filter only 800 miles old and a genuine Saab one (yep one of the last blue can type). I'll pull out the sensor right now (raining out but who cares).
