One caveat that I forgot to mention is that I don't have huge amounts of time to pull everything out. I've got a baby at home (<1yr) and even more house projects than Saab projects going. As much as I'd like to keep all the parts in boxes, I'm looking for items that are reasonably easy/quick to pull out versus the cost it would take me to buy a new/used one on ebay or group9.
I've got a guy lined up that will take this thing out on a flat bed for scrap steel, as I don't have a means of towing/hauling it away. That kinda takes out pulling out suspension, like control arms. Mirrors is a good suggestion.
I will also plan on pulling window motors. Anything else?
