92 900 turbo, intermittently rich; AMM test results

Hi everybody,
My 92 turbo is still sputtering out periodically. I hooked up a voltmeter to the o2 sensor and it is running rich under light acceleration (hangs at .9 V), then sputtering out when I lift the throttle, usually when the car has been driven for a while. When I drop back to idle the o2 circuit starts functioning again.
Just replaced the o2 sensor, FPR, turbo bypass valve - no fix. The TPS checks out, as does the NTC sensor, and EVLD system. I also checked all the vacuum lines and devices, and removed all the rubber boots and aluminum pipes between the turbo and the intake to look for cracks.
I replaced the AMM with a rebuilt one right after the symptoms started (about 3 months ago). Today I backprobed it at pin 3: 2.2 volts at idle, got up to 4 volts during some brisk acceleration. Are these results normal? I think I remember reading 1.5 V at idle? SHould I be thinking about my ECU?
Any other suggestions? This is driving me crazy! Thanks, Ken H
