You need to check the wiring and the window motor. You can check the system with a multimeter in about 10 minutes. I've had to replace quite a few of my window motors in my old Saabs. Yeah they're all old because they are cheap when they are 175-200K miles-but I digress. If you're not a mechanic and don't have tools there is is a quick check that I use. If you open the hood and look right behind the fuse box you will see a nest of wires that are zip tied by the door hinge. Cut the ties and look for the 2 wire plug with the red and black wires that both have a white stripe. This is the power to the window motor. If you separate the plug you can check for 12 volts at that plug with the key on and the window switch depressed. If you have 12 volts then the motor is the prime suspect. On my car I just plug that red/black duo into the side marker light to verify power. A vert may pose a problem getting to the side marker because of bracing. If so just pull one of the front turn signal bulb holder that has 2 wires going to it to use as a test bulb.
