You have a couple of options.
You can drive like it is for quite awhile if you don't care about alignment and tire wear and general safety in terms of perfect car handling.
When you get a new bushing, the right/front one is the easiest of them all to replace.
You lift up the car with a jack so that the wheel is hanging. Loosen the 19mm nut and 17mm bolts and remove them.
Now you can use a prybar and pry the A-arm toward the engine and pull off the old bushings and aluminum bracket.
Make sure you get the steel sleeve off the A-arm too that was molded to the old rubber bushing.
Now you can install the aluminum arm with the new bushing that you pressed in while holding the A-arm out with the prybar.
After that you only need to lift the arm slightly with your hand to get the two 17mm bolts back in and then the nut and you are done.
