Those should be the oil cooler lines -- the turbo oil feed line is just forward of the filter adapter fastened by a banjo bolt to the block. You might try to take two hose clamps over the metal swaged portion of the OC line and see if that slows down the leak. If you take off the line, you may need to get a crowsfoot -- I think it is a 16MM, and it helps to remove the oil sending unit to gain access to the lines if you have to remove them. Those lines are a PITA, so be careful with them!!
