used air bags on Ebay go for almost nothing, $20 or so. Your clock spring may be just fine (do the hords work?). Used head lights go for about $50. A side marker light is about $35. Check with Goldwing or Sob story and see if they've got a hood that that mathches you color to save some $ at the body shop. Then all you left with the front fender. I can't see what the rest of the damage looks like, but another option to consider is to just punt on the SRS system (its still one of the safest cars in the world of that vintage). Put in a used air bag for the cosmetics, fix the rest of the damage, and drive it. Once you get to this point have a Saab tech pull the codes on the SRS and begin accumulating the rest of the components on EBay or in junkyards over time. As a guess (major SWAG), I suspect you get all of this accomplished for waaaay under $2100 (more like $1,000 to 1,500 if you play your cards right).
