Thanks everyone so far for input. I cleaned up the terminal at the window-still does not work. I was not showing voltage at the window terminal either.
Also I have not been able to find the mercury switch. I looked all along the top frame on the drivers side, even opened the top partially to expose the frame. I saw no switches or wires that would lead to a switch.
I have the Bentley manual and I could find anywhere in there that illustrates where the switch is. I did all this after a long day at work and that coupled with the fact that I am just an average
DIYr I'm afraid I've missed something. One thought I have is to try and replace the relay under the seat and if that does not work maybe try replcing the on/off switch in dash or vice versa.
