Slightly bent fin won't affect balance. It will mildly affect flow but now enought to make any difference on a street engine. Worse that could happen is the bent piece could break off and go into the engine....but chances are it will get caught in the intercooler. Fugettaboudit unless you just want an excuse to upgrade your turbo.
Jak appears to be fairly good at responding to emails...he's probably off on vacation/New Years!
