Good, sounds like I have someone here who would be familier w/ my current problem. The hose that connects the coolant to the throttle body, is it the one that has both coolant running parrallel to (and inside of) the egr return hose coming from the valve cover egr valve to the turbo intake piping? Who ever owned the car before me did some kind of cobb repair w/ tubing, heater hose, and a whole bunch of electrical tape (any self respecting engineer knows to use duct tape), but anyway, I can't seem to find a replacment hose on the parts sites. So can you just break the two appart and run them seperatly? It does seem kind of odd to use an intercooler to chill the air and then warm it back up in the throttle body. as far as that goes, can you just kill the coolant line all together and still be OK?
