I'd like to add:
If someone is looking to put big brakes on their car, a brake master cylinder upgrade has to be part of the plan. More piston volume means you gotta move more fluid to get the same brake effect.
Damien solved that with a big dual master cylinder from (I think) Summit Racing. That deletes the vacuum servo, which may or may not be desirable. When I put big brakes on my XR4Ti, I used a kit that incorporated an adapter and a big master cylinder from a Thunderbird.
Since the big 9000 brakes only come from 9000s with ABS we'd have to look elsewhere, although perhaps it would be possible to move the pivot point on the brake pedal upwards slightly to net some positive effect...
