For the stripped bolt (which I've done before) was drilled it out. Since left hand drill bits are rare and expensive, start drilling it out with one that won't damage the threads...this is very important so take your time. Use a small drill bit for that one...
For the boot if its not clicking... it will in a few months. You've put a band aide on it for now and you might get another 6 months max before you hear it start to click. Maybe suspend the upper A-arm, unbolt the ball joints, slide off the caliper, unbolt the hub, pull the knuckle/rotor and replace the boot.......yes it sounds like a lot of work but its not too bad.
The clunk is not a bearing. This could a bad shock mount, something with the A-arm, worn bushings, stripped bolt.....etc. Bearings are a speed dependent noise that can persist for years without getting worse....unless there are other compounding problems.
Doesn't sound too serious......
