Clutch problem

On my 1990 Saab 900 Sedan (non-turbo), I rebuilt the clutch master cylinder about a month ago (new seals) and it worked great! About a week ago I noticed it was releasing lower to the floor, and last night it was really bad.
On inspection early this morning, I found that the brake fluid was down somewhat - I filled it up and proceeded to bleed it using the bicycle pump/tube method. I can't seem to get it to build any pressure. The car is on a slight incline (front of car is higher than rear) - could this make any difference in the effectiveness of the pressure bleeding?
One thing I did notice is that the hose running from the brake fluid reservoir down to the top of the master cylinder looks wet - it may be leaking and there's not enough of it left to cut back and reattach.
Any ideas where I can get one of these, besides a Saab dealer? Eeuroparts doesn't show it as a standalone purchasable piece...
Also, how do I accurately determine if the problem is the slave cylinder?
Thanks for help on this!
