4th fan speed...oops, damn purple wires! Human error...

I had the lower selector switch wires connected to the top two spade connector rather than the bottom two. When I disconnected everything I noted that the top connector (on the bottom set) had nothing going to it, but during the fervor of reassembly, I missed the bottom spade...it's more recessed than the other two.
It was a big PIA repositioning the wires with the facia in place - one goes under a dash light & the other on top of it. I had a small palm sized bathroom mirror crammed where the radio sits so I could see what my fingers were trying to do through the AC & re-circ. switch holes...frustrating work.
As a point of reference for those doing a search on this topic - the lower two spade contacts on the selector switch bypass the resistors that reduce the fan speed to '3' 2' 1' & provides that '4th' speed when the selector is turned to the 'fat' panel arrows. I don't know what the top spade is there for. Thanks K-Saab, Justin & Jonathan for the help & education.
