From what I can tell of the schematics, the radiator cooling fan is driven by the radiator thermoSWITCH, mounted on the radiator. (That's not the coolant temperature sensor). If you jumper that, the radiator cooling fan should come on. If not, it's pretty direct - 30 amp fuse, relay, fan, ground.
The AC cooling fan is a different horse, and if the AC isn't coming on, neither will it. For that, I like starting at the AC clutch and working backwards, looking for power. Or start at the AC switch and move forward. The AC can be inhibited by the ECU, so if that didn't hook up properly, all bets are off.
I assume you've got a turbo. If it's a 2.1l, let me know as the wiring is different.
