So, voltage at the relay would leave me to beleive a short between relay and thermo-switch. A bad ground would cause an open situation with no voltage? Correct? Voltage at relay also indicates fuse is good.
I don't know how this part of the harness could go bad, unless maybe when I washed the engine compartment I somehow screwed up the harness.
