Jim,
1. Any CELs (Check Engine Light codes)
2. Oxygen sensor
3. Timing (16 degrees Before Top Dead Center)
4. Clean Grounds (at frame behind radiator, near batttery, at lifting lug near AIC (Automatic Idle Control) motor
5. Vacuum leaks
6. Bougicord spark plug wires, NGKBCP7EV plugs gapped to .025", Bosch Distributor Cap and Bosch Rotor
7. Bosch Fuel filter
8. Check FPR (Fuel Pressure Regulator) pull vacuum line, check for presence of fuel at vacuum line.
9. Bypass Valve aka "Hooter Valve" remove vacuum line at intake manifold and verify that the valve holds both pressure and vacuum
