Always look for simple stuff first.
Pull the idle control valve and clean it with carb cleaner.
Clean the AMM with same.
Check all the hoses.
Make sure all the grommets are located properly and firmly.
Make sure all plugs are free of dirt and corrosion.
After all that, worry about other things.
