need advice on what to do with 'total loss' vert.

So I was rear-ended last week in my almost-immaculate '94 turbo convertible with 108,000 miles. The truck that hit me swerved at the last minute, so he got the right taillight cluster and even though the bumper absorbed much of the impact, the right rear quarter panel is a little buckled over the wheel well, the trunk is dented and won't shut, and the frame must have bent slightly since there's not quite enough clearance to get my lower trunk panel open.

Of course, due to the age of the car, in spite of its great condition, it was declared a total loss.

The kicker is that the car still drives as strong as before, and everything works perfectly - from the AC to the cruise to the top hydraulics, you name it. The dash and interior are immaculate (grey leather). The autobox and turbo are still super-strong, too.

So I need to figure out if it's worth me spending the extra $$ to fix the car up (especially since now we have a baby and really need something bigger), or if I should sell it as a parts car, since it's still very much driveable and in great shape. Geico seems super-eager to take it off my hands, so that seems like a clue that there's probably some value left in it.

Anyone have any similar experiences or advice? How much do you think I might be able to get for it as a parts car?
