In search of all around good performance and proper operation, I have done a little work on my 91 900t.

I cleaned the AMM with electronics cleaner as described on here (couldn't get the AMM specific cleaner. There was deposited oil on the insides pretty thick. The screens on the end come off easy by removing a circular clip. Looks like new now. Haven't got a chance to try it yet, as I'm waiting for some antirust paint to dry before reassembling plumbing.

Cleaned the throttle body. A long screwdriver between the fender area and the throttle body can hold up the spring loaded throttle while you clean it. Hint - have the handle of the screwdriver underneath the throttle cable behind the spring and ahead of the throttle cable tubing.

Top/sides of intercooler exterior were caked thick with dried oil. The short pipe between intercooler and throttle body was oily inside, and had thick dried oil on the outside on the front/underside of the pipe. Where does the dried oil come from outside? It's not the first C900T I've seen like that. Intercooler was clean inside (was expecting some oil but found none)

Bled the clutch. One of my big problems with bleeding brake fluid is keeping the receiving bottle upright to prevent spilling brake fluid, especially when it is light and has a long hose going into it which will twist when the nipple twists. I solved this by placing the bottle on the ground inside a 4" PVC pipe coupling. The coupling is heavy enough that the bottle won't tip over empty or full. I had bought it with an end cap to make a spud gun with. I'll have to keep one around for keeping bottles upright.

I put about 16 ounces through the line to make the tint of the fluid go from oversteeped black tea color to lighter-than-heineken colored.
This job was especially easy with the intercooler plumbing out, and my motive bleeder.

I also changed the brake ABS accumulator (with the GM replacement mentioned here). It was a very clean change as I had expected a mess. I put a plastic bag over the device while I unscrewed it and it was still nice and clean. Not a drop. Easier than changing an oil filter. Of course, be sure it is not pressurized prior to removal.
