Oil on outside often comes from vacuum leaks/hose leaks. engine under boost leaks air and sprays oil. Oil comes from engine turbo seal leaks.
Strangely enough, I have DRY hoses from my intercooler to the engine. Of course I put in a used turbo about 8 years ago....the old one was leaking enough that it loaded up the cat and the car would start smoking after idling for about five minutes. When it got to the point that I would see smoke while idling at a stoplight, I changed out the cat.
I dunno why you changed out the accumulator (unless you got a freebie or cheapie from junkyard :>). If ABS works, I generally leave it alone aside from religious brake fluid changes every two years!! BTW, I also have a Griot's Garage brake fluid tester and it does work...I test every Spring for moisture. The tester gets calibrated on fresh brake fluid and then you stick the tip into your brake fluid reservoir and it is either green (same as new) or yellow or red (red is change it NOW).
One thing for good allround performance and operation...check/replace the turbo outlet coupling/hose to the pipe to the intercooler...it gets the most wear and tear, hottest turbo output air and evidently has a lot of oil in it. The hose on the throttle body generally lasts forever, the other two hoses in/out of the intercooler may also be oil-soaked. Eventually one of them will leak/rupture and the car won't idle...it will run but not well. BTW, if such an eventuality happens on the road, you can disconnect your AMM and go limp-home until you can fix it.
