Thanks for the responses.
Sounds like the Platinum cured stuff is better but not worth the money in this application. However, I can't find the cheaper options, sounds like I need 30' 3.5mm, and 6' 6.0mm. Autozone is the only place with Silicon Hoses locally for $17, but their kit is 4mm not 3.5mm (10' 4mm, 6' 6mm, 2' 10mm); even if they had the right size, I'd need 3 pkgs ($51) to get 30' of the 3.5mm stuff. I haven't found anywhere that sells it by the foot for a reasonalbe price. Ordering by the foot online comes to ~$60 (Hose Techniques) for the lengths which is the same as the Platinum stuff I found.
Anyone know where to get silicon hoses locally/online for less?
If I'm spending ~$50-65 for the kit or by the foot, is it better to get the Platinum stuff for just a little more?
Thanks.
