Blowing a 30 amp fuse is no mean feat - something big is shorting out.
The bad accumulator is stressing the pump. It will run a lot. It's possible that the pump is pulling near maximum, and the additional load kills the fuse. Unlikely, as I'm not sure what electrically would be on that fuse linked to the brake pedal (brake lights are a different fuse). It would be interesting to know if the fuse blows without hitting the brake pedal - in which case, I'd say it was just the ABS pump pulling lot of current and basically melting the fuse.
According to my schematics, there are two 30 amp and one 10 amp fuses. Which 30 amp fuse is blowing? And again, where in the circuit did you put your kill switch?
