It is rather easy. Its all o ring replacment, the wipe is fine. here is what you do.
Get the pistons out of the car, the hardest part of this.

Open them up, if the leak is not from a crack you are good to go. When you open them look to see the little locking mechenism that keeps the tops from opening, you dont want to brake them. its a push aside thing and easy to miss.
now that the unit is open you will see the piston at the end of the rod.
draw a picture of how it comes apart so you get is correct on re assembly.
take the nut off the end of the rod and you can slide it through the cap.
the piston has an o ring, get two new ones.

once the rod if free of the cap, you can take a nice small screwdriver or as I did, a dental pick, and carefully remove the wipe, put it aside cause unless its dried and cracked, you will use it again, then deeper in the cap is an o ring that you have to get out, I missed it on the first rebuild, pry it our and go and get two. This is most likely where the leak is.
Oh, I dont remember but where the cap conneects to the cylender, at the beginning, there must be an o ring, replace that also.

If I remember correctly, thats is all there is to it.

Now for the oil, I am too cheep to use the Saab oil so I researched the weight of the oil and got some standard hydrolic oil. be sure its not stinky in case it leaks down the road. Be sure its not too thin or too thick, if too thin, it can sneek past the seals, if too thick, good luck getting the top up on a cool/cold day.
