pressure gauge. Many things to cause stuttering. But unlikely to be fuel pressure.
More likely boost taper with fooling around with apc board.
You could bypass entirely the apc/boost control, i.e, run with no signal to wastegate but fer cryin out loud be careful...easy to boost way past red. Run the boost up slowly...if it goes to the middle of red it's your apc tweaks.
You could search the board and find the proper tweaks or just get an apc box that's already been tweaked. SPG9 used to do it (more than tweaks, a few resistors too) and I think the guy that ran it is still on the Saab bulletin board from time to time. Jak may also do apc tweaks.
Still, I'm getting to the point that perhaps an 18 lb wastegate control with no apc might just be tthe best way to go. Eliminate the apc altogether and run high octane gas.
