I am attempting to sort out my recently acquired 900t vert. while I know that it needs a trans, my goal is to drive it until winter and then tackle that job. Right now I am stuck in base boost. First of all some background.

vehicle has new cap, rotor, plugs, and wires(bosch, bosch, ngk, bougicord respectively) plugs are gapped correctly .024.

gas is high test(93 octane)

have not checked w/calibrated boost gauge but if it is similar to my 87t it is at 5lbs base or so-definately not boosting appropriately-

getting the same max boost w/the solenoid plugged or unplugged
get out of control boost w/the wastegate hose disconnected

both pedal switches have continuity w/pedals at rest

cruise switch at fender has continuity(jumpered just in case)

solenoid allows air to pass through powered, no air pass unpowered
solenoid recieves 12 volts and clicks when ignition switched on

knock sensor triggers solenoid when tapped w/extension
no change w/knock sensor unplugged, or plugged in and wrapped w/rag

here comes the good part- Pressure transducer starts the solenoid chattering when pumped to 10 psi or so, when testing the PT per bentley, i did find a dead spot(open). However I added a 50 ohm resistor between the terminals to simulate a fixed value for test purposes.(no change) PT holds vacuum and pressure. In addition resistance values are within spec at atmosphere and various pressures

APC box had a sketchy ground-cleaned and recheck .4ohms(no change)
getting appropriate signal for brake activation(12 volts w/brakes applied)

My questions- if the apc solenioid clicks can I assume that box is getting good enough power?(ran out of light last night)
Since I wired in the resistor(50 ohm) at the PT can i assume that It is sending a signal that would not leave me in base boost? (have a(used) PT on the way)
What other pins should i be checking, and for what values? I do have a 87t boosting well, and will be swapping parts soon, but i am loathe to disturb that one after I have finally gotten it running the way that I want it to 15lbs max tapers to 12

really appreciate this board, and all the people that make it so great, thanks alot for reading, and TIA for any advice, insight, or encouragement anyone can provide
P.S. hope that I formatted this in a sensible way forgive me if i didn't
