...So you need to be methodical. Check the battery connections. Check the grounding points on the frame behind the radiator.
Check all fuses and relays.
Make sure there are no vacuum leaks or cracked rubber hoses.
Makes sure all the grommets have not been blown out of the engine (if this is a turbo)
Make sure the cap, wire, and rotor are good.
Make sure the Hall Sensor is on properly and the plastic is not cracked.
Make sure the Air MAss Meter is OK (AMM)
Make sure the throttle position sensor is good.
Make sure the idle control valve is clean and good.
Make sure the spark plugs are good, and properly placed and tightenned into their holes (without being overtightenned!)
Make sure all connections to the ECU are clean by removing and replacing the plug 3-6 times.
Make sure the ignition amplifier is good.
These are just a few to get you started.
