I couldn't find it myself when I went looking... :)
I used the adapter sold in ebay auction 160157175042 - you can drill out the restrictor in it, which I recommend. That restrictor is used when fitting a turbo to a car that wasn't designed to have one, and running an AN -4 fitting would compromise oil pressure elsewhere in the engine. On the Saab, you can drill it out to maximum size - instructions are included).
You'll also need a pair of 90 degree AN -4 elbows (AN -4 on one side, hose end on the other), and a 14x1.5mm -> AN-4 adapter. I bought seven feet of the braided hose 'cause I was doing two cars. I think I used 30".
I bought everything from Summit Racing, except the aforementioned flange adapter. I could have pieced it together more cheaply, but Summit had everything in one place (as they always do...).
