To be more precise I need your alt's diagrams and batt's specs. Common rule is that XX amps alternator can charge XX amp-houred batt to 70-75% level in 16-20 hours (if engine's idle and there's no heavy consumers (r. window heater, fans, lights, etc) turned on).
I really advise you to do the following:
1. check your batt. But special equipment is required. At least ensure that you batt is two years old or younger
2. disconnect ground cable from your batt and connect it back to batt via amp-meter (ignition is off!). If you read more than 10-30 mA - proceed with following steps. Otherwise check your batt once again and turn to alternator (probably it got weak or worn)
2.1 check all systems fuse by fuse. Just pull out the 1st one and check if amp-meter's reading is decreased. Check the circuit protected by this fuse if amp-meter's reading significantly changes when the fuse is installed/pulled-out. If it's ok then insert this fuse back and proceed with the next one.
2.2 if all stock fuses/circuits are ok - check extra equipment installed.
