Sieg,
That's sort of a strange speed range to have a vibration on a C900 other than a tire balance problem. A bad inner driver and/or tripod will cause a vibration, more like shaking, but it occurs upon acceleration at almost any speed and goes away when decelerating or coasting. The harder you accelerate and the higher your speed the more noticeable it will be. If this vibration of yours is strictly speed related and occurs even when coasting (at that speed) then I would look closely at your tires, wheels (bent?), suspension and steering. You sound like a performance oriented kind of guy so I suspect that you aren't running badly worn tires but remember that when a tire has worn off about 50% of it's tread it can not be accurately balanced and will inevitably vibrate at some speed. An easy diagnostic trick to employ is to swap the rear tires for the front ones and see if there is any difference. Any change at all, better or worse, suggests that the problem is with the tire or wheel(s). Also, a faulty shock absorber can allow the spring to oscillate and that can seem like a vibration. Lastly, if all four lug bolts on a wheel aren't tightened to the correct torque specification it is possible to induce a vibration. Check the torque on the axle nut too.
Hope this helps, cheers.
