Manual tranny locked-up

Ok here we go! Upon doing my auto to manual swap I noticed that the manual I bought has been locked up in the ring and pinion. The rest of the gears look just fine and there is not any metal in the case. I noticed that the tripod bearing from the old car was still in the driver only it has a piece of the driveshaft still in it. The pin going through the ?ring setup? has actually forced down so hard that it splintered some of the metal outward. The inner drivers shafts are in the ring setup so hard that they will not even come out at all. This goes back to my earlier posting where I am asking if I can use the other ring/pinion from my automatic which is in perfectly good shape. The inner drivers are in great shape too. All of the trans gears move freely when in neutral and the trans goes into every gear. What do you think? What else should I worry about now. I use this site very often and promise that once my project is complete I will finally start to contribute like everyone else.
