...try tapping with a chissel and hammer after running the car for 15 minutes to heat it up. Don't use a blow torch as you will crack or warp the head. You may need to break it out and re-tap, and that means the head needs to come off.
This why you MUST use high temp anti-seize whenever you are replacing spark plugs!!!!!
You place the anti-seize 3 threads back on the plug so it does not get into the engine. Then you screw the plug in, then out, and then back in.
Wish I had better advice for you.
