of yours from Sept 07 where you were considering lubing the wastegate on your 92 TC. how did you resolve this?
Reason i ask is I have an 87 SPG which is performing like a total laggard and ive checked everything else it seems, (btw the wastegate is not stuck in the open position) last resort not yet attempted being to swap out the actuator due to its awkward position and it being Winter up here and no heat in the garage.
i do still have to do the 'disconnect W line off APC' test but not sure that's going to help...
how did you accidentally learn of the sticky wastegate?
i'm really weak at the whole APC system...i have recently learned how to troubleshoot the APC solenoid, APC box, knock sensor etc but still cant solve this car's weak performance...
