My car has the 2-prong AIC, so I plugged the blue/red and blue/white one into that as it appeared to be correct.

I cleaned the blue plug's contacts and plugged it onto the NTC sensor. I didn't get any more CEL errors for that.

Still the AIC does not click when i turn the keys. It doesn't buzz or make any sound when the car is running, and even when running the diagnostic tests it still wont make a noise of any kind.

The connector going to the AIC was showing almost 12v, which I believe is a good bit higher than the signal should be. I didn't test it under load yet.

The valve itself is stuck wide open, and if I clamp the hose from the AIC the idle stops hunting and settles down nicely. However as soon as the engine warms up it starts skipping and misfiring and no power under load.

I'm sure i either have a bad AIC or bad signal coming from the brain. However would that account for the skipping when warm? If anyone has any ideas please let me know before i tear every bit of the harness apart looking for shorts.
