like others said, buy one from Snap-On. I only have two Snap-On tools in my set, this is one of them. the 32mm socket for the front axle nuts is the other.
Then spend $25 and go to any of the many Kragen, Chief, Pep Boys, Autozone, and get the 24" 1/2 drive breaker bar. put the E16 on the bar with a 3 or so inch 1/2 extension and you are good to go. another suggest to loosen them bit by bit, just like you tighten them. highly recommended, this can help keep one from getting overly tight on removing them, crack all of them off the stop, then go back and take all of them out.
Also, if you have a full size floor jack the handle makes a great torque multiplier, take the handle off the jack and slip it over the handle on your breaker bar. Longer bars are often much easier to use when removing stubborn nuts and bolts.
