It depends on how much salt it has seen. You'll need a 6 mm hex (allen wrench) socket, at least six inches of extensions, and maybe an adapter or breaker bar if things get tough and rusted together, a 7 mm wrench (down at the corners of the air dam, which you can re-use if the junkyard car is not turbocharged) and wire cutters if it's got fog lights. I hope they didn't mess up that nice white hood!
Try rocking your headlights from side to side. Sometimes the plastic collars around the adjusting rods will shatter and you are driving down the road and the passenger's side headlight suddenly pivots down and shines a lot closer to the ground.
