Check engine warm/ compression testing

You really need to do this check after the engine is at operating temperature. Then disconnect the fuel system so the gasoline doesn't wash the oil from the cylinder. Seems strange to me the compression ## that you have. I think your gauge is faulty? Test the gauge on something you know is good. If you testing a cold engine, the running dimentions will be different than the operating temp.
