It helps to change every 15K rather than 30K. Plugs are dirt cheap on these cars... the performance starts to drop off after about 15K.
Sometimes I use the 6's, sometimes the 7's. I've used BCP6ES, BCP7ES, BCP6EV, BCP7EV all with good results on c900 Turbos, both modified and unmodified. Seems really that it varies from car to car and climate. Hard to make a blanket recommendation for every c900T out there for one plug that works best, but it's definitely one of these 4 above.
