not a big job- take off ac belt- takeoff two allen bolts holding ac compressor to head- lower bolt holding ac bracket to block is all ready broken-lift off ac compress with bracket and hoses attatched-move unit over to heaterbox-remove rest of belts-remove water pump pulley-disconnect battery-loosen alt to bracket bolt rotate alt and bracket about 30 dregrees and remove bolt-seperate alt from bracket- leave alt in hole but to the side-now bracket will come out so you can remove bolts- replace alt bushings-reinstall lower bolt in bracket rotated about 30 dregrees-reinsall alt install bolt from firewall towards rad- with bolt and alt in place rotate unit back to level-reinsall bolt with new ground wire at end close to oil filter- intall bolt for ac unit in third hole but do not tighten- the bottom of ac bracket should be slotted to slide over bolt if not cut a slot with hack saw- tighten all bolts- install water pump pulley-install new alt belts and power steering belt-reinstall ac belt- you might check alt brushes when alt is loose you proble could do the job in one day hope this will help
