Sorry to get back to you so late... Thank you all for your insights, it is greatly appreciated!
To answer your questions:
1.It was the roller/dyno test at 15/25 mph.
HC: 233/65
CO: .75/.26
NOx:3356/1423
at measurements taken at 15mph, then 25mph.
2. RIght. It is a 2.2 LH, and I indeed failed the visual... so I have remdied that one already.
3.Timing was set at 16, but I'll move it back to 14 degrees. I am going our right now to set my AMM to .300 as a test.... I beleive the O2 was cycling properly, but like most I have a DMM so it's a bit hard to tell the swing of voltage.
4. The injectors are stock (the metal tip old style ones, not plastic tip) and I already replaced the FPR with the stock 2.8 model
5. WHen I had first rebuilt the engine I had a head on the car that was leaking past it's seals causing oil to get into the combustion chamber, but it was only noticable out the tail pipe when it idled for over a minute or two. I replaced the head, recently, but could that have caused the O2 or cat to get fouled to the point that It wont pass NOW?
6. Using 2.1L N/A Head on the stock 2.0 block with stock pistons, but GAPLESS "Total Seal" piston rings. this might be raising compression a bit by reducing blow-by. Can I compensate for that somehow?
Sorry it's soooo long, TIA Guys
