I just did this when I replaced both front calipers - my mpg has jumped by 6 gallons (highway imp) too so fixing a sticking caliper and e brake has additional benefits. Have used copperbased antiseize on the friction points where caliper body contacts and in and around the ebrake lever. However after having tried to repair old calipers following the excellent instructions by various members (JohnB and HairBear for example) it appears that even the slightest corrosion on the indirect and direct piston can can cause stickiness and there is little choice but to remove clean and/or replace o rings etc. The internal lever for the hand brake on the indirect piston also gets gummed up and apparently you can do a clean and repair with caliper in situ for this.
If both calipers are sticking you need to first look at and make sure e- brake is properly adjusted as per Bentley (they also recommend a special lubricant - glitmo?). If calipers are original, or you live in rust belt or if they are older than five years you might consider a rebuild diy - kits are inexpensive and approx. 1/5 the cost of a rebuilt caliper.
In my case the indirect pistons were so corroded on the originals that I bought two rebuilts but not before trying the rebuilt diy myself following John B.'s excellent ste by step instructions. But the pistons were to far gone and fluid leaked past the o rings.
