There are multiple points of "stickiness" which cause the ebrake to not release properly, and I can't imagine there's a miracle product that's going to solve your issue. Spraying oil based lubes just cause dirt to attract, and dirt is the main cause for failure, so it's counter-productive to do it.
The ebrake lever rusts and collects dirt, causing it to not spin in the bore.
The two caliper pistons rust, and dirt and corrosion collect underneath the dust boots, making them not slide in the bore.
Dirt also collects on the slide area between the caliper housing and the yoke, causing non-movement.
The only sure way to make yours efficient again is to take them apart, clean everything, replace seals and dust boots, and hope they last another two years.
