from Saab (special order if at all) or how handy you are with brake line and benders and a DOUBLE-FLARING TOOL.
You can fabricate one if you calculate the brake line length and if you're really lucky you can find a pre-flared line with the right metric nuts. At that point all you have to do is get a bending tool and bend away.
Worst case is you can't find the right length so you get a longer piece, bend it to the right shape, and then cut and put on the flare nut on the line (gotta do this first..ask me how I know this!), and then DOUBLE FLARE the end of the line. It pays to practice on some scrap line before you do the money maker (the part of the line you cut off works). Maybe stainless steel line is available.
One other possibility (highly recommended if available) is to replace ALL your flexible lines with stainless steel braided lines. I replaced my flexible lines 10 years ago but left the solids alone. I'll bet you could replace that solid line with a stainless steel flex line and just cable tie it to the axle.
I've never seen an aftermarket coated brake line like saabs have (mine had green paint or a coating on it) so don't be surprised if it can't be found. I guess you could have the line powder coated after you bend it, however!
Mayhap the easiest thing to do is call saabsavior and get a used one or go down to the local yard and try again.
