The only thing that is obvious to me, that you haven't mentioned, is the O2 sensor. CHeck the connections and maybe do a search for ARI's method of setting the AMM using the voltage output of the O2 sensor. My brother's Westy would run weak like this and got progressively worse. The Dealer in Glenwood Springs CO replaced all the injectors and spend buku hours diagnosing (it was still under warranty) to no avail. He finally kicked us out of there and we made it 150 miles down the road before it became undriveable. My brother and I poked around the engine compartment for the hundred and fiftieth time when finally on his back, the bro wiggled the connection on the O2 sensor. Suddenly a happy and lucky couple of guys. Let the 3 month road trip continue! Good luck, it is probably something simple, but frustrating, like a bad connection.
